About the role

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides exceptional nursing care to residents in a senior living environment, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to deliver quality care aligned with core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
• Administer medications and treatments based on personalized care plans.
• Offer outstanding customer service to residents, families, and medical partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care.

Requirements

• Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License.
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN; experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to doing what’s right.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent character.

Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
