About the Role
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality care aligned with core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
- Administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and medical partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
- Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License.
- At least 1 year of LPN experience; training opportunities available for new licensed nurses.
- Compassionate, reliable, with strong character and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus, but not required.
