About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a licensed professional, ensuring professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

The role involves working in a structured therapeutic environment for individuals with psychiatric, behavioral, or substance use disorders, supporting evaluation, medication management, therapy, and relapse prevention as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• Current LPN license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
• IV Certification within one year
