Job Summary
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care under licensed supervision. This is a full-time, part-time, contract, or temporary position in an in-office setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under licensed supervision, including basic assessments and monitoring.
- Accurately document patient information and care plans in electronic health records.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocol.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control.
- Adhere to regulatory and organizational policies in all clinical activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proactive learning and pursue on-going professional development.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to measurable efficiency in care delivery.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care on-site.
- Use clinical pipelines and data to identify care opportunities and potential improvements.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and post-discharge steps.
- Support on-site workflow by prioritizing tasks to maximize throughput and visibility.
Experience/Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license active and in good standing.
- Provide patient care under supervision with basic assessments and monitoring.
- Accurate documentation of patient information and care plans in EHRs.
- Medication administration and treatments per physician orders and protocol.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and competency attainment.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to care delivery efficiency.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care on-site.
- Utilize clinical data and pipelines to identify care opportunities.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge steps.
- Prioritize tasks to support on-site workflow and improve throughput.
- Demonstrate adaptability to a growth-oriented, merit-based environment.
