About the role

Lakeside Post Acute is hiring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their skilled nursing team. Shifts are available from 6:30am-6:30pm and 6:30pm-6:30am, with full-time positions covering Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
• May include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification required
• Pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check

Pay

Rate Range: $30-$40 per hour

Schedule

Full Time: 6:30pm-6:30am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday, Saturday; Full Time 6:30am-6:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
