About the role

As an LPM Analyst III in the Information Technology department, you will connect IT strategy, portfolio performance, financial insights, and business priorities to drive informed decision-making across the enterprise. You’ll lead the creation, management, and communication of IT-specific KPIs and metrics, ensuring performance measures are actionable and aligned with business value.

This role leverages agile tooling, NICUS, Power BI, and portfolio data to develop dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time visibility into IT performance, costs, risks, and outcomes. You’ll manage and monitor IT budget processes, partner with Finance and leadership to forecast spending, and integrate financial metrics into portfolio reporting to support resource allocation and identify savings opportunities.

You’ll apply Lean Portfolio Management principles by translating IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios and initiatives. Working across teams, you’ll prioritize initiatives, monitor portfolio performance, address risks and dependencies, and collaborate with Value Stream Owners and business architecture teams to integrate IT value streams into enterprise roadmaps. You’ll also optimize agile tooling, promote best practices, facilitate strategic conversations, and continuously improve LPM processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, management, and communication of IT-specific KPIs and metrics to ensure they are actionable and aligned with business value.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using agile tooling, NICUS, Power BI, and portfolio data for real-time visibility into IT performance, costs, risks, and outcomes.
  • Manage and monitor IT budget processes, partner with Finance and leadership to forecast spending, and track costs.
  • Integrate financial metrics into portfolio reporting to support effective resource allocation and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Translate IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios and initiatives using Lean Portfolio Management principles.
  • Prioritize initiatives, monitor portfolio performance, and proactively address risks and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Value Stream Owners and business architecture teams to integrate IT value streams into enterprise roadmaps.
  • Optimize agile tooling, promote consistent best practices, and facilitate strategic conversations with IT and business leaders.
  • Continuously improve LPM processes.
  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and technology assets against unauthorized disclosure, destruction, and/or alteration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 or more years of experience in Lean Portfolio Management, project management, or related fields.
  • Expert knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe principles.
  • Experience with Power BI or another reporting tool.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe LPM certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and prioritize initiatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data analysis skills to track portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the St. Louis Corporate Office (1832 Schuetz Rd, Saint Louis, MO). Employees must submit work-from-home requests and follow the company’s Work From Home policy.

Pay

The target base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $113,500. Compensation will consider the candidate’s knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
