Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot access control, surveillance, RTLS, and nurse call systems
- Run and terminate cabling; install devices and system components
- Configure servers, network switches, and UPS equipment
- Lead on-site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to execute system designs
- Train clients on system operation and best practices
- Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
- Participate in vendor and industry training to expand technical expertise

Requirements
- 4+ years of low-voltage installation experience
- Associates degree from a two-year college or university preferred but not required
- Experience with fiber splicing
- State licensure is preferred
- Previous people management and/or team development experience is preferred
- Ability to work within the estimated job scope and budget is crucial to the success of this position
- Physical ability to perform required job tasks
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to communicate well with clients and team including email, phone, and in-person
- Industry or Vendor certifications are a plus
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License and be able to pass a One Source Background check
- A basic understanding of LAN’s and IP addressing is required
