Low Voltage Technician
About the role
The Low Voltage Technician position involves installing, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic security systems such as fire alarm systems, intrusion/burglar alarms, CCTV and video surveillance systems, and access control solutions. This role supports residential, commercial, and industrial customers and requires experience with low-voltage wiring, system commissioning, alarm programming, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, program, test, and troubleshoot electronic security systems
- Provide customer service and support for installed systems
- Perform system commissioning and maintenance tasks
- Work independently on installations and service calls
Requirements
- Experience with low-voltage systems
- Skills in electrical troubleshooting, fire alarm systems, security systems installation, access control, CCTV, and system programming
- NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level I or II certification preferred
- Experience with DMP (Digital Monitoring Products), Resideo systems, ProdataKey (PDK) access control systems, and OpenEye video surveillance platforms

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41,600.00 - $72,800.00/yr. Company benefits include:
