About the role
You will be working on cutting-edge projects, developing next-generation materials, and integrating advanced signature control techniques into our defense systems.
Responsibilities
- Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
- Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance
- Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
- Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
- Secret Security Clearance
Qualifications
- Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques
- Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
- Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
- Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
- Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Benefits
The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
