About the role

You will be working on cutting-edge projects, developing next-generation materials, and integrating advanced signature control techniques into our defense systems.

Responsibilities

  • Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
  • Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance
  • Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or
  • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
  • Secret Security Clearance

Qualifications

  • Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques
  • Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
  • Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
  • Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
  • Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Top Secret security clearance

Pay

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
