Responsibilities
- Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
- Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system-level performance
- Proposal writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
- Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
- Active and existing Secret security clearance required on day 1
- U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-temperature RCS reduction techniques
- Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
- Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
- Experience using industry-standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
- Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

Pay
The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD. The range provided is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
