Responsibilities

  • Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and test
  • Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and assess system-level performance
  • Proposal writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
  • Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required on day 1
  • U.S. citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-temperature RCS reduction techniques
  • Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques
  • Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques
  • Experience using industry-standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH
  • Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

Pay

The salary range for this role is $107,500 – $204,500 USD.
