Lounge Agent Server - Full-Time

About the role

This position is for a customer-focused Lounge Agent, Server (21+), responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests
• Replenish food and beverage stations
• Serve drinks from a tendered bar
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels
• Assist with deliveries and inventory
• Provide outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Valid food and beverage licenses preferred
