Part-Time Lounge Agent Server

About the role

This role requires physical stamina and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Replenish food, snacks, and beverage stations, including serving from a fully tendered bar
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lounge areas, tables, and surfaces
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and stock rotation
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, including trash disposal and surface sanitation
• Support guest interactions by bidding farewell and encouraging return visits
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to the airport
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Physical capability for walking, bending, reaching, and other movements
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary licenses (Food Handler's, Responsible Beverage Service)
• Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
