BOS Lounge Agent, Server - Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused Part-time Lounge Agent, Server (21+) to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced airport environment. This role involves greeting guests, replenishing food and beverage stations, serving drinks from our fully tendered bar, and maintaining lounge cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a smile in accordance with hospitality standards
• Replenish merchandizers and other stations with food and snacks as needed
• Regularly check the drinks stations and maintain proper stock levels
• Communicate with BOH when stock is running low
• Serve beer, wine, and other beverages from our fully tendered bar
• Buss and sanitize tables, wash dishes, and dispose of trash following all SOPs
• Clean and wipe down surfaces, maintain an organized lounge area, and ensure cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed or instructed
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and organization of inventory
• Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
• Bid passengers farewell and encourage their return
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service preferred
• Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from the airport
• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, restaurant-type setting
• Physically able to stand for an entire shift (8-10 hrs.); walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and willingness to work as a team
• Ability to pass a 10-year federal background check
• Food Handler’s license and Responsible Beverage Service license or the ability to obtain
• Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge
