About the role
On‑site position in Las Vegas, NV. The Charged‑Off Collector is responsible for managing and collecting on charged‑off accounts to help recover assets and minimize loss for Westlake Financial.
Pay
Base pay: $20.50 per hour plus bonus potential of up to $6,800 monthly based on individual and team performance. Tiered retention bonus: $500 upon completion of 3 months from start date, and an additional $500 upon completion of 6 months from start date. Incentive: if the department exceeds its goal, eligible agents in the bonus range receive a “kicker” ranging from $100.00 to $750.00 based on goal achievement. All agent incentive opportunities may vary monthly, are not guaranteed, and are subject to change.
