Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the store. They oversee the implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures, conduct security patrols, and respond to suspicious activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures
• Conduct security patrols throughout the store
• Respond to and investigate suspicious activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive security strategy

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a security or loss prevention role
• Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Background check required

Skills

• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
