About the role

Safety Components is a global market leader in technology-driven fabric solutions for first responders, military, outdoor, and other high-performance textiles. An Elevate Textiles company, Safety Components has been manufacturing textile fabrics for over 100 years at our plant in Greenville, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and efficient operation of weaving machines.
• Patrol weaving machines and efficiently repair warp, filling, or other mechanical breakdowns.
• Executes daily preventative maintenance activities.
• Weave high-quality products on a variety of looms.

Requirements

• 1 to 20+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating weaving machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods.

Pay

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 2PM-12AM.
• 3rd shift: 12AM-8AM.
