Looking for a Sonoma County Showing Agent for our wonderful real estate team!

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills
  • You are people-oriented, have a positive, happy attitude, and can spend a large amount of time driving in your car
  • You have the ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
  • You are learning-based, ambitious, and have proven ability to succeed
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent and a real estate license
