About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Representative/Receptionist to join our team at the fastest-growing dealership in DFW and Penske Motor Group’s first dealership in Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position at Toyota of Prosper in Prosper, TX, including Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer, transfer, and provide information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors.
• Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary.
• Communicate with callers, walk-in guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Strive to minimize hold time and abandon rates.
• Effectively monitor and update all information in the CRM management system.
• Notify appropriate parties when guests are waiting.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain guest contact information, including phone numbers, email, and home addresses.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet, and in person.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; experience with multiple phone lines preferred.
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
• Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Work primarily in an office environment, with some work in conference rooms, outdoors, or remotely via Zoom.
• Use hands and fingers in repetitive motions daily.

Pay

Base hourly rate of $15.00 - $16.50.
