Longo Toyota Guest Relations Representative

The Guest Relations Representative position requires being available to work closing shifts (1100am-800pm), weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), and holidays. This role involves answering and routing incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and providing basic information to guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering, transferring, and providing information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors.
• Communicating with callers, walk-in guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintaining guest's contact information including phone numbers, emails, and home addresses.
• Maintaining high ethical standards in all actions.
• Maintaining assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
• Maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with multiple phone lines is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees.
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language.
• Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet, and in person.
• Physical demands include bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, as well as talking or hearing and remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods.

Pay:

• Base Hourly Rate of $18.00.

Schedule:

• 100% on-site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.
