Longo Toyota Guest Appointment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Appointment Coordinators who will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining the service appointments for the Longo Toyota Service Department. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain service appointments
• Work with an amazing team

• Place outbound calls for service reminders and recall campaigns
• Handle guest complaints with integrity
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain high ethical standards
• Keep assigned workspace organized and clean
• Communicate with guests via phone, internet, and in person
• Use various dealership software programs
• Follow up with internal and external guests
• Read and interpret documents
• Use standard office equipment
• Adjust and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Stand, sit, bend, stretch, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear
• Work well with the public, communicate professionally, and handle guests with integrity

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Basic mathematical skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Attention to detail and ability to follow up with guests
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay

The position pays a base hourly rate of $19.00. Production bonuses may range from $0.00 to an unspecified upper limit based on individual or team performance.

Schedule

This position is 100% on-site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.
