Appointment Coordinator – Dealership Call Center

About the role

Honda of North Richland Hills is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments, balancing customer preferences and department availability.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and interactions.
• Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS.
• Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair terminology is a PLUS.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.

Qualifications

• High-energy, phone-savvy personality.
• Flexibility to work Monday - Friday, 6AM - 7PM and Saturday's from 6AM - 5PM.
