Automotive Dealership Appointment Coordinator

Fox Motors has an Appointment Coordinator opening in Novi, MI at Cadillac of Novi. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate Cadillac Concierge/Valet
• Confidently recommend/promote services.
• Outbound customer satisfaction calls.
• Respond to customer email & chats.
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service.
• Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives.
• Log customer information and purify database.
• Make outbound calls to internet leads for sales department.
• Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months + related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
