Long Term Ombudsman Program Advocate (Part Time)

About the role

Join us in our mission as a Long Term Ombudsman Program Advocate at Catholic Charities of Tri-County Services. You will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision of Ombudsman volunteers within assigned geographic region
• Responds to resident issues and concerns, as necessary including completing complaint activity and investigation
• Participates in ongoing program of education and public awareness to address systematic problems and elder abuse as well as the program's need to recruit Ombudsman volunteers
• Enters all required program reports/documentation into state database system in a timely basis

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Human Services, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in related field

Pay

Minimum Salary: $ 25.00/hour
Maximum Salary: $ 26.32/hour

Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30AM - 4:00PM (20 hours per week)
