Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) position requiring LTC/Skilled Nursing experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a long-term care setting, ensuring patient-centered care and therapy goals are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain documentation standards.
- Deliver therapy sessions, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support patients in improving or maintaining their functional abilities.
Qualifications
- Active OT license (Arizona or compact eligibility)
- Minimum two years of recent LTC/Skilled Nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
