About the role
We are seeking a PRN LTAC RN to provide high-quality care to medically complex patients in a long-term acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based nursing interventions
- Administering medications and closely monitoring high-acuity patients
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe care transitions
- Accurately documenting patient information in the EMR
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse with relevant experience in acute or long-term care
- Strong assessment and clinical skills for complex patient needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
