Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
• Managing ventilator and trach care
• Administering IV therapy and providing wound care
• Monitoring telemetry and maintaining accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborating with physicians and the care team
• Educating patients and families to promote understanding and compliance

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed RN with relevant clinical experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in ventilator, trach, IV, wound care, and telemetry management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain detailed, accurate documentation
