About the role

Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient-centered care
- Administering medications
- Managing vents and complex IV therapy
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safe discharges
Qualifications and skills
- Valid RN license
- Experience in high-acuity or LTAC settings preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle complex medical interventions and equipment
