Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, complex care to long-term acute patients
• Manage ventilators, wounds, IV drips, and telemetry
• Coordinate with physicians and therapists to optimize patient outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient and family education
• Ensure accurate documentation within EMR systems

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure
• Experience with ventilators, wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry
• Strong assessment and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt to diverse clinical settings and work within a supportive, clinician-centered culture

Key Duties

Provide specialized nursing care, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and maintain precise electronic health records, supporting career growth through diverse LTAC and acute assignments.
