About the role
We are seeking a PRN LTAC RN to provide high-acuity, evidence-based care in a long-term acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex, medically fragile patients
- Performing comprehensive assessments
- Administering medications and managing ventilators and complex lines
- Coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Experience with high-acuity patients preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
