Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity bedside care in long-term acute care settings
• Assess complex patients and manage ventilators and IV therapies
• Perform wound care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care in the EMR and uphold infection control standards
• Support safe transitions of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
