Logistics Support Representative

Full-time night shift role based in Fort Myers, FL. Weekend availability is required.

About the role

Scotlynn is seeking a dedicated Logistics Support Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful coordination of truckload transportation activities. You’ll work closely with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries, while providing exceptional customer service and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers
• Monitor freight movement, including loading, unloading, and transit timelines
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by collaborating with supervisors and account managers
• Accurately input data and notes into the fleet management system
• Perform various clerical tasks as needed, especially during low call periods

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Customer service experience, including conflict resolution
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong note-taking skills
• Clean background and driving record

Pay

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour. Overtime eligibility and quarterly performance reviews.
