Liaison and Management

Liaise with employees from all business and functional units throughout the organization to ensure that the QSHE system is properly implemented and liaise with external parties on matters relating to QSHE where necessary, i.e. with customers, authorities, certification bodies and suppliers.

Assist to develop, implement, and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards (i.e. Audit Tool, TIP, GFCC, etc.).

Monitor performance in relevant areas according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate, assist according to performance levels and report as necessary on changes in standards and on performance against standards.

Absorb and execute QSHE audits, participate at regular inspections, audits (in-and external), and client assessments.

Ensure adequate Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related services based on customers’ requirements, assist QSHE management with day to day responsibilities within QSHE.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehousing environment
  • 1+ years in a full-time Quality role
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills
  • Understanding of quality systems requirements
  • Lift heavy material of up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
