Logistics Operation Coordinator (Bilingual in Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Cook up and schedule daily shipment-related tasks with trucking vendors.
• Keep clear and consistent communication with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Manage vendor performance and maintain positive working relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics plans with business needs.
• Provide shipment updates and basic support to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and communications.
• Aid in resolving any transportation or delivery issues.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with logistics software or transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift (Overtime as needed)
