Logistics Material Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate movement of materials and inventory.
• Drive trucks to outlying work areas to pick up or deliver materials.
• Operate manually controlled gasoline, electric, or liquid propane gas-powered forklifts to transport goods and materials within the warehouse.
• Perform day-to-day, routine tasks following established guidelines.
• Receive specific guidance from supervisors or other officials for handling unusual non-routine problems.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of other workers engaged in handling goods to be shipped or received.
• Engage in data entry and utilize warehousing inventory databases.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook for tasks.

Qualifications

• Required: Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
• 4 Years of experience in warehouse operations or Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience
• State issued driver’s license
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and physically maneuver up/down stairs or ladders
• Computer data entry experience in warehousing inventory database
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

Desired

• Military Logistics background is highly desirable
• To include terminology, FAR or other US Government agency requirements, and depot warehousing processes

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location. Minimum Required Hourly Wage: $24.84
