Logistics/Distribution Coordinator

General Description of Duties

Aid in scheduling and coordinating job site deliveries and production order flow, ensuring safe and on-time pickup and delivery.

Distribute and slot tickets as required.

Provide customer service and support to customers via the phone and email, as well as will-call.

Communicate customer service needs with drivers, sales, and operations.

Update scheduling database with ticket details.

Preferred Experience

• Solid customer service background
• Answering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers, and Sales Team
• Logistics or transportation experience
• 2+ years of basic computer skills, with ability to be trained on company software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive outgoing attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-orientated, excellent work habits
• Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Promote and maintain a TEAM atmosphere

Expected Pay

The expected pay for this role is between $42,300.00 to $63,500.00 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
