Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to track shipments and resolve delivery or documentation issues
• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding shipment status, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
• Record and track batch numbers for all outbound shipments to ensure full product traceability
• Set up deliveries
• Prepare and issue customer invoices in coordination with the finance team
• Record and track inventory on a monthly basis

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain world
• Detail-obsessed in the best way possible—nothing gets past you
• Great at staying calm and organized even when juggling multiple tasks
