What You'll Do
- Process and manage customer orders through internal systems
- Enter and verify customer and order information for accuracy
- Review and resolve incomplete or incorrect orders
- Communicate shipping timelines, updates, and delays to customers
- Cookordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Track and monitor orders, including tracing and expediting shipments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
What You'll Bring
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred (office, customer service, or warehouse environment)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
