What You'll Do

  • Process and manage customer orders through internal systems
  • Enter and verify customer and order information for accuracy
  • Review and resolve incomplete or incorrect orders
  • Communicate shipping timelines, updates, and delays to customers
  • Cookordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Track and monitor orders, including tracing and expediting shipments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

What You'll Bring

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred (office, customer service, or warehouse environment)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
