Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving orders and entering orders for operations dispatch
  • Accurate preparation of operation documents
  • Corresponding with customers to confirm delivery times
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Collaborate with other departments within our agency

Required Skills and Experience

  • Industry experience in logistics, final miles, special products or household goods moving of 3+ years
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of standard billing practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • MoversSuite experience a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation to work from office
