Logistics Client Support Representative

About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our team in a logistics coordination position.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and provide freight solutions, quotations, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate and track ocean and air shipments, including pickups, deliveries, and container returns.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and logistics issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to company SOPs and compliance standards.
• Review invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and process AP/AR transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple shipments and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software systems.
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
• Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.

Pay

$50,000-$60,000 annually based on education and experience level.
