Schedule pickup and delivery appointments directly with customers. Track shipment status and due dates, coordinating closely with the Warehouse Manager. Update internal tracking systems and ensure all digital paperwork is uploaded accurately. Manage professional communication via phone and email with clients and drivers. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional office or logistics setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new dispatch software. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (10-key experience is a plus). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure. Ability to pass E-Verify, drug screen, and background check.
