The specialist will perform various surgical procedures including laparoscopic surgeries, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, Nissen fundoplication, head/neck surgeries (including thyroid), chest wall and pleural procedures, GI endoscopy, chest tube placement, central lines, and PA catheter insertion.

• Provide patient care for approximately 2 patients
• Manage 1 admission
• Handle 3 phone consultations

The role requires a valid AZ license (no IMLC).

The surgeon will be on 24-hour call, providing surgical expertise and patient management.

Proficiency in EMR (Epic) is necessary.

Ideal candidates possess strong surgical skills, including minimally invasive techniques, and are prepared for inpatient care in a fast-paced environment.
