Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, rebuild, and repair mechanical and electrical locking devices and door hardware
• Solve problems with technical skills and innovative technology
• Work independently with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Handle customer emergencies and provide roadside assistance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Trainable and enjoy learning new skills and technologies
• Above-average technical/mechanical skills
• Trustworthy and reliable with strong customer communication skills
• High attention to detail and patience
