Location Manager

About the role

The typical schedule is Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with extended hours including weekends during peak season. As a Location Manager, you're at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Create and present ideas
• Assign and delegate tasks
• Manage purchasing and invoicing processes
• Oversee grain quality, inventory, and reports
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for your team
• Ensure safety policies are followed
• Collaborate with various business divisions for product delivery and customer service
• Provide customers with grain bids and manage contracts
• Promote the company's products and services

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the agricultural industry
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the philosophy, mission, leadership, and planning needs of the organization is preferred but not required.
