Overview
Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operations of the grain facility by ensuring efficient product movement and quality while meeting company goals and objectives
- Assist other departments by providing additional services such as anhydrous, feed, and fuel while developing key relationships with customers in the area
- Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities including staffing, maintenance, sales, customer service, and safety of the facility
- Utilize mechanical skills to operate and maintain all machinery and equipment of the location
