Location Manager

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing the location's operational business.
• Hiring and developing a high-performing team.
• Managing performance and providing leadership to the team.
• Dealing with customer service issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieving goals and managing a budget.
• Dealing with operational issues affecting service.
• Providing input on location goals and objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collates and analyzes data using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats.
• Maintains effectiveness of internal communications systems and updates as needed.
• Supports others by carrying out simple knowledge management tasks.
• Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
• Navigates existing processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
• Meets department-specific KPIs during time spent in each department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Five to seven years of management experience, including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long-range strategic planning, and workforce planning (staffing and succession planning).
• Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to relocate is required.

Compensation

• Base salary range: $99,000 - $128,700/year.
• Annual target bonus based on individual, location, division, and/or company performance.
