Location Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety, operations, marketing and profitability of the location.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead the safety program for the location.
• Maintain clean and well kept facilities.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and approved purchasing procedures.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain good employee relations.
• Oversee petroleum, grain, feed and agronomy business, facilities and people at location.
• Oversee bookkeeping procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain all company inventory in condition.
• Oversee all equipment and rolling stock.
• Ensure location is working within their expense budget and profit goals.
• Facilitate the marketing efforts made at each branch to achieve sales goals.
• Fills in on an as needed basis when labor is short.
• Works in a sales capacity with customers.
• Oversees expansion and improvement of facilities.
• Affords assistance in being the key liaison between the branch and management.

Requirements/Certifications

• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises employees at the location.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
