Location Manager

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing the location's operational business.
• Hiring and developing a high-performing team.
• Managing performance and providing leadership to the team.
• Dealing with customer service issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieving goals and maintaining inventory.
• Managing a budget and dealing with operational issues affecting service.
• Providing input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collates and analyzes data using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats.
• Maintains effectiveness and adequacy of internal communications systems.
• Carries out simple knowledge management tasks following established procedures.
• Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
• Controls costs and seeks to understand financials by reviewing financial statements with Plant Manager.
• Navigates existing processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
• Holds accountability to department-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Skills/Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Five to seven years of management experience, including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long-range strategic planning, and workforce planning (staffing and succession planning).
• Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to relocate is required.
