Responsibilities
- Assists with managing the location's operational business.
- Hiring and developing a high-performing team.
- Managing performance and providing leadership to the team.
- Dealing with customer service issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieving goals and managing a budget.
- Dealing with operational issues affecting service.
- Providing input on location goals and objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collates and analyzes data using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats.
- Maintains effectiveness and adequacy of internal communications systems.
- Carries out simple knowledge management tasks following established procedures.
- Investigates questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
- Controls costs and understands financials by reviewing financial statements with Plant Manager.
- Navigates existing processes, procedures, and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
- Holds accountability to department-specific KPIs.
Skills/Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Five to seven years of management experience including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long-range strategic planning, and workforce planning (staffing and succession planning).
- Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Ability to relocate is required.

Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $99,000 - $128,700/Year.
- Eligible for an annual target bonus based on individual, location, division, and/or company performance.
